How do I install my eSIM on a Windows device?

For Windows devices with eSIM compatibility (e.g., Surface Duo):

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Network & Internet, then Cellular.
  3. Under SIM, select Add a SIM.
  4. Choose Download a SIM instead.
  5. Scan the QR code provided or manually enter the eSIM details.
  6. Complete the setup by following the on-screen prompts.
