Installing an eSIM on your device is simple. Just follow the steps below based on your device type. Remember, eSIMs can only be installed once. If you need to reinstall or transfer it, a replacement fee of $2.00 USD applies. Contact support for any assistance with replacements.

iPhone

Note: If your iPhone is on iOS version 17.4 or above, you can now take advantage of the one-tap installation link located within the order confirmation PDF!

Having trouble using the link, or running an older iOS version? Follow these steps:

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Mobile.
3. Tap Add eSIM.
4. Tap Use QR Code.
5. Scan the QR code provided in the order confirmation PDF, or tap 'Enter Details Manually' and paste both the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code.
6. Follow the prompts to complete the setup.

Once installed, your eSIM is ready for use, and you can enjoy our global data coverage.
