How do I transfer my eSIM to a new device?

Please note that eSIMs are single-use only. If you need to transfer your eSIM to a new device, a replacement will be required. Replacement eSIMs are available for a fee of $2.00 USD (or the equivalent in your selected currency).

If you're experiencing issues with your eSIM, we recommend visiting our Support Centre first. If you're unable to resolve the issue there, feel free to submit a Support Ticket.

Important: Once deleted, an eSIM cannot be recovered.
