Here are some general troubleshooting steps for BambooSIM eSIMs across devices.

Samsung

  • Network Issues: Ensure globaldata is set as your APN under Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names.
  • No Data: Go to Connections > SIM card manager and confirm your eSIM is selected.

Google Pixel

  • Data Not Working: Confirm APN is set to globaldata under Network & Internet > Mobile Network > Advanced > Access Point Names.
  • Activation Issues: Try re-entering your eSIM information if activation was unsuccessful.
