Which APN should I be using?

To connect your eSIM with BambooSIM, make sure the APN (Access Point Name) setting on your device is set to globaldata. Your device typically configures this automatically, but if you experience any issues connecting to the internet, it’s worth double-checking.

What is an APN?

The APN, or Access Point Name, is a gateway setting that allows your device to connect to the internet. It provides the network with information it needs to route data to your device correctly.

How to Check or Configure the APN

  1. Go to your device's Settings.
  2. Select Mobile Network or Cellular settings.
  3. Look for Access Point Names or APN Settings.
  4. Confirm that the APN is set to globaldata.
  5. If it's not listed, you can manually add it by selecting Add APN and entering globaldata as the APN.
