You can change your account currency from your profile settings.
Change account currency
- Open BambooSIM portal.
- Go to
Manage > Profile. - In My Details, find Account Currency.
- Select your preferred currency and save.
Important notes
- Available currencies can vary.
- Some pending or recent billing events may still show original transaction currency details.
- Prices shown at checkout use the active account/checkout currency at the time of purchase.
If your preferred currency is unavailable, choose the closest supported option or contact support.
