Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra security step to your BambooSIM login.
Enable 2FA
- Open BambooSIM portal.
- Go to
Manage > Profile > Security. - In Two-factor authentication, choose Enable MFA.
- Generate setup, scan the QR code with an authenticator app, and enter the verification code.
- Save your recovery code in a secure location.
Manage authenticator devices
From the same Security area, you can:
- Add additional authenticator devices
- Rename devices
- Remove devices
- Disable MFA (if needed)
Important
Keep your recovery code in a safe place. If you lose authenticator access and your recovery code, account recovery can be delayed.
