You can add funds to your BambooSIM account balance from the Billing section.
Top up account balance
- Open BambooSIM portal.
- Go to
Manage > Billing. - Select Top up funds.
- Enter your amount and complete checkout.
After payment completes, your updated balance appears in your dashboard and billing views.
Notes
- Minimum and maximum top-up limits can vary by currency.
- Funds can be used for eligible account purchases.
- If a payment is pending, wait briefly and refresh Billing.
If a top-up appears unsuccessful, please submit a support request.
