Where can I download my invoices?

You can view and download invoice PDFs directly in your BambooSIM billing portal.

Download invoices

Open BambooSIM portal.
Go to Manage > Billing.
Open the Invoices tab.
Select the invoice you need and click Download.

What if download is unavailable?

Some invoices can stay in a temporary review state before download is enabled. If an invoice remains unavailable for too long, please submit a support request.
