You can control account and eSIM notification preferences in your profile.
Update notification preferences
- Open BambooSIM portal.
- Go to
Manage > Profile > Notifications. - Review account-level categories (for example, marketing, referral updates, travel blog updates).
- Review per-eSIM notification channels where available.
- Save your settings.
Notes
- Some critical service or security messages cannot be unsubscribed.
- Notification channels can include email, push, or SMS depending on category and eligibility.
If your changes are not saving, refresh the page and try again, or contact support.
