Replacement eSIMs can be purchased through the BambooSIM portal for eligible roaming eSIMs. Log in, click on your eSIM, then select Replacement. An order will be generated for $2.00 USD (or your selected currency).
Note: Replacement eSIMs are only available for roaming eSIMs and are not available for local eSIM products.
Once payment is completed, you’ll automatically receive an email with your new QR code and installation instructions.
Important: Your existing eSIM will stop working as soon as payment is made, so make sure you have access to the internet (such as Wi-Fi) before proceeding.
