You can redeem a BambooSIM voucher code to credit your account balance.
Redeem a voucher code
- Open BambooSIM portal.
- Go to
Manage > Billing > Gift Vouchers. - In the Redeem section, enter your voucher code.
- Select Redeem code.
If successful, your account balance updates automatically.
Common reasons redemption fails
- The code was typed incorrectly.
- The voucher is already redeemed.
- The voucher is expired.
- The voucher code is invalid.
If you still cannot redeem a valid code, contact support and include:
- Voucher code
- Account email
- Screenshot of the error (if available)
