Installing an eSIM on your device is simple. Just follow the steps below based on your device type. Remember, eSIMs can only be installed once. If you need to reinstall or transfer it, a replacement fee of $2.00 USD applies for eligible roaming eSIMs. Contact support for any assistance with replacements.
Note: Replacement eSIMs are only available for roaming eSIMs and are not available for local eSIM products.
Samsung
- Go to Settings.
- Select Connections, then SIM manager.
- Tap Add eSIM.
- Tap Scan QR Code.
- Scan the QR code or enter eSIM details manually using the Enter activation code link. Alternatively, you can upload a screenshot or photo of the QR code using the image icon at the bottom right of the screen.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to finish setup.
Google Pixel
- Open Settings.
- Tap on Network & internet.
- Select + next to Mobile network.
- Use the QR code or manually enter eSIM details.
- Follow the setup prompts.
Once installed, your eSIM is ready for use, and you can enjoy our global data coverage.
