To ensure compatibility with our eSIMs, you may need to confirm your device model. Here’s how:
iPhone
- Open Settings.
- Select General, then About.
- Find the Model Name listed here.
Samsung
- Open Settings.
- Go to About phone.
- You’ll see the Model number and Model name displayed.
Google Pixel
- Go to Settings.
- Select About phone.
- Your device’s model information will be listed under Model.
