If you need to delete an eSIM from your device, here’s how to do it based on your device type. Remember, eSIMs can only be installed once. If you accidentally delete your eSIM, you will need a replacement, which is available for a $2.00 USD fee. Please contact our support team if you need assistance with this.

iPhone

Open Settings.
Go to Cellular or Mobile Data.
Select the eSIM you want to delete.
Tap Remove Cellular Plan and confirm your choice.

Samsung

Open the Settings app.
Go to Connections, then SIM card manager.
Select the eSIM you wish to delete.
Tap Remove and confirm.

Google Pixel

Go to Settings.
Select Network & internet, then SIMs.
Choose the eSIM you want to delete.
Tap Delete SIM and confirm.
