Our eSIMs require your device to be unlocked. Follow these steps to check if your device is unlocked:
iPhone
- Go to Settings.
- Select General, then About.
- Scroll to Carrier Lock. If it says "No SIM restrictions," your iPhone is unlocked.
Samsung
- Open the Phone app.
- Dial
*#7465625#to view lock status. If it displays "Network Lock" as OFF, your device is unlocked.
Google Pixel
- Insert a SIM card from another carrier.
- If you can make a call with the new SIM, your Pixel is unlocked.
If your device is locked, contact your carrier to unlock it before using our eSIMs.
