For best results with our eSIM, configure your device’s roaming settings as follows:
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet (or Connections on Samsung).
- Enable Data Roaming on the eSIM.
- Ensure that roaming is disabled on your primary SIM to avoid unintended charges.
