When a referral reaches Bonus approved, you can redeem bonus data from the Referrals page.
Redeem referral bonus data
- Open BambooSIM portal.
- Go to
Manage > Referrals. - Find a referral with status Bonus approved.
- Select Redeem.
- Choose an eligible eSIM from the redemption list.
- Confirm redemption.
Bonus rules summary
- Each approved referral provides the configured bonus allocation (for example, 1GB).
- Bonus vouchers can expire if not redeemed in time.
- Once redeemed and activated, bonus validity follows program rules shown in your referral terms.
