You can add or remove saved payment methods from your BambooSIM billing settings.
Add a payment method
- Open BambooSIM portal.
- Go to
Manage > Billing > Payment Methods. - Select Add and complete the setup flow.
Supported setup flows may include card setup and PayPal setup depending on your region.
Remove a payment method
- In
Manage > Billing > Payment Methods, find the method you want to remove. - Open the method actions menu.
- Select Remove method.
If a method is currently your default, set another default first (or the system may automatically assign a remaining method).
If you cannot remove a method, please contact support.
