Please note that eSIMs are single-use only. If you need to transfer your eSIM to a new device, a replacement will be required. Replacement eSIMs are available for eligible roaming eSIMs for a fee of $2.00 USD (or the equivalent in your selected currency).
Note: Replacement eSIMs are only available for roaming eSIMs and are not available for local eSIM products.

Important: Once deleted, an eSIM cannot be recovered.
