We’re developing a BambooSIM mobile app for both iPhone and Android, expected to launch in the next few days (later in September)! The app will allow you to manage your account, track data usage, purchase top-ups, and request eligible roaming eSIM replacements—all from your mobile device.
Note: Replacement eSIMs are only available for roaming eSIMs and are not available for local eSIM products.
