Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

1.1. The promoter of this giveaway (the “Promotion”) is BambooSIM (“Promoter”).
1.2. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Facebook or Instagram. By participating, entrants release TikTok, Facebook and Instagram from any liability arising from or related to the Promotion.

2. Promotion Period

2.1. The Promotion runs from 24 November 2025 at 17:00 (GMT+11) to 8 December 2025 at 17:00 (GMT+11) (“Promotion Period”).
2.2. Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

3.1. The Promotion is open to individuals who:

are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; and
have access to a compatible eSIM-ready, unlocked device; and
reside in a country where BambooSIM can lawfully provide eSIM service and this Promotion is not prohibited by local law.

3.2. Employees, contractors and agents of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
3.3. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

4. How to Enter

4.1. During the Promotion Period, entrants may participate via TikTok, Facebook or Instagram by:

Following the relevant official BambooSIM account for the page on which they are entering (BambooSIM / BambooSIM Philippines / BambooSIM Singapore) on the platform used;
Liking the official giveaway post for that page; and
Commenting on that giveaway post in response to the prompt stated in the post (e.g. “Tell us your travel plans in 25 words or less”).

4.2. Entry limits:

Each person may submit a maximum of one (1) entry per platform, per BambooSIM account (BambooSIM / BambooSIM Philippines / BambooSIM Singapore) during the Promotion Period; and
This means each person may have a maximum of nine (9) entries in total across all platforms and BambooSIM accounts combined.

Multiple comments from the same person on the same platform and the same BambooSIM account will be treated as a single entry.

4.3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
4.4. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, offensive, spam, or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
4.5. The use of bots, fake accounts or any automated means to enter the Promotion is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. Prizes

5.1. The prize for each valid BambooSIM social media page is: one (1) BambooSIM Asia Pacific or Europe eSIM with 25GB of data valid for 25 days (“Prize”), as selected by the winner, subject to availability and eligibility.
5.2. One Prize will be awarded per official account on each platform:

BambooSIM (Global) (TikTok / Facebook / Instagram)
BambooSIM Philippines (TikTok / Facebook / Instagram)
BambooSIM Singapore (TikTok / Facebook / Instagram)

for a total of up to nine (9) winners.

5.3. The Prize includes only the eSIM data allowance described and does not include a physical SIM, device, or any additional costs (such as roaming charges outside the plan coverage, device costs or other third-party fees).
5.4. eSIM coverage, supported countries and network performance are subject to BambooSIM’s standard service terms and network availability.
5.5. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1. For each participating BambooSIM social media page, one (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
6.2. Draws will be conducted within 24 hours after the end of the Promotion Period.
6.3. The Promoter will notify each potential winner by direct message (DM) on the platform they entered, and/or by replying to the winning comment.
6.4. To claim the Prize, winners must respond and provide any requested details (such as name, email address, phone number and device compatibility confirmation) within 48 hours of being contacted.
6.5. If a winner does not respond within the stated time, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the Prize and select an alternate winner. 6.6. If for any reason no winner or replacement is available on a particular page or channel, the prize may be forfeited or re-assigned to another page or channel.

7. Prize Delivery & Usage

7.1. Prizes will be delivered digitally via eSIM QR code or activation instructions to the winner’s email address or via another method specified by the Promoter.
7.2. Winners are responsible for:

Ensuring their device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked;
Activating the eSIM within any specified activation window; and
Using the data within the 25-day validity period.

7.3. Once issued, the Promoter is not responsible for lost, deleted or misused eSIMs, or inability to use the eSIM due to device or network issues outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.

8. Content & Conduct

8.1. Entries must not contain any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.
8.2. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant who tampers with, or attempts to tamper with, the entry process, or who breaches these Terms & Conditions or the rules of the relevant platform.
8.3. By entering, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use their submitted content (e.g. comments) in connection with the Promotion, including reposting for winner announcements and marketing related to this campaign, subject to applicable platform terms.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

9.1. Personal data collected from entrants (such as name, username and contact details) will be used solely for purposes of administering the Promotion and delivering the Prize, and otherwise handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://bamboosim.com/policies/privacy-policy.
9.2. By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the collection, use and processing of their personal data for these purposes.

10. General

10.1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
10.2. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.3. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
10.4. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
