Your device's built-in mobile-data counter is the most consistent way to monitor usage. Look for Data Usage, Mobile Data, or Network Usage in the device settings and select the eSIM and relevant billing period.
You can also log in to the BambooSIM portal and open the eSIM. When partner usage reporting is available for the product, the current allowance and plan history will be shown there.
Usage reporting is not identical for every product:
- Fixed-data and other eligible metered plans may update periodically rather than in real time.
- Some local and unlimited products do not provide a live data-usage figure in the BambooSIM portal.
- An Unlimited plan may show plan status or validity rather than a remaining-data balance.
If the portal provides usage for your product, allow around 15 minutes for recent activity to appear.
South Korea SKT Unlimited balance
South Korea SKT Unlimited Red eSIM and Gold pickup SIM products have no fair use policy, daily speed cap, or data throttling. If you add separate SKT call/SMS credit, automated SMS notifications are sent when credit is added, when the balance drops below 1,000 KRW, and when it runs out.
