What you can do in the app
- Manage your eSIMs
- Check remaining data and validity
- Purchase new eSIM plans and eligible replacements
- Access support and account features
Note: BambooSIM plans do not yet support data top-ups, but it’s something we’re working on behind the scenes. Replacement eligibility depends on the product.
