Browse BambooSIM support articles about How do I enable two factor authentication (2FA)?, including setup, troubleshooting, billing help, and account...

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra security step to your BambooSIM login.

Enable 2FA

  1. Open BambooSIM portal.
  2. Go to Manage > Profile > Security.
  3. In Two-factor authentication, choose Enable MFA.
  4. Generate setup, scan the QR code with an authenticator app, and enter the verification code.
  5. Save your recovery code in a secure location.

Manage authenticator devices

From the same Security area, you can:

  • Add additional authenticator devices
  • Rename devices
  • Remove devices
  • Disable MFA (if needed)

Important

Keep your recovery code in a safe place. If you lose authenticator access and your recovery code, account recovery can be delayed.
