How do I manage notification preferences?

You can control account and eSIM notification preferences in your profile.

Update notification preferences

1. Open BambooSIM portal.
2. Go to Manage > Profile > Notifications.
3. Review account-level categories (for example, marketing, referral updates, travel blog updates).
4. Review per-eSIM notification channels where available.
5. Save your settings.

Notes

• Some critical service or security messages cannot be unsubscribed.
• Notification channels can include email, push, or SMS depending on category and eligibility.

If your changes are not saving, refresh the page and try again, or contact support.
