If you’re using an activation code instead of a QR code, follow these steps for your device type.
iPhone
- Open Settings.
- Go to Cellular or Mobile Data.
- Tap Add Cellular Plan.
- Select Enter Details Manually and enter the code provided.
Samsung
- Go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager.
- Tap Add mobile plan, then choose Enter Code Manually.
- Enter the activation code and follow the instructions.
Google Pixel
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet > + Mobile Network.
- Enter the code provided, but modify the code format to include
1$at the beginning. - Complete the setup as prompted.
Windows Devices
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Cellular.
- Choose Add an eSIM and then Enter Code Manually.
- Enter the activation code to set up the eSIM.
