Replacement eSIMs can be purchased through the BambooSIM portal. Log in, click on your eSIM, then select Replacement. An order will be generated for $2.00 USD (or your selected currency).
Once payment is completed, you’ll automatically receive an email with your new QR code and installation instructions.
Important: Your existing eSIM will stop working as soon as payment is made, so make sure you have access to the internet (such as Wi-Fi) before proceeding.
