BambooSIM referrals are available directly in your dashboard.
How to refer someone
- Go to
Manage > Referrals. - Select Create a Referral.
- Share your referral link or referral code!
Where to view your referrals
- Open
Manage > Referrals. - Check Referral History to track each referral.
- Track status updates as referrals move from in-progress steps to Bonus approved or Referral expired.
How rewards work
- Each approved referral gives you 1GB bonus data.
- When a referral becomes Bonus approved, choose Redeem in
Manage > Referrals. - Apply the bonus to an eligible eSIM shown in the redemption list.
Note: We also offer a bonus for referred customers! The referred customer (referee) must be a new customer, register with a referral code, and place their first eligible purchase of a new eSIM within 7 days of registration for them to receive 20% bonus points.
Program details
- Bonus data voucher expires 12 months from the date it is awarded.
- Once activated, bonus data is valid for 7 days.
- Referrals expire 30 days from the date the invitation is used.
- Some countries may not be able to be used in conjunction with others.
- Not all countries are eligible for this promotion. Your eSIM must support top-ups and be a Europe or Asia Pacific regional eSIM, or a single-country eSIM from one of those two bundles.
- Referrals remain at the sole discretion of BambooSIM Pty. Ltd., are subject to our Terms and Conditions, and may be cancelled, revoked, or modified at any time without prior notice.
