Our eSIMs require your device to be unlocked. Follow these steps to check if your device is unlocked:

iPhone

Go to Settings.
Select General, then About.
Scroll to Carrier Lock. If it says "No SIM restrictions," your iPhone is unlocked.

Samsung

Open the Phone app.
Dial *#7465625# to view lock status. If it displays "Network Lock" as OFF, your device is unlocked.

Google Pixel

Insert a SIM card from another carrier.
If you can make a call with the new SIM, your Pixel is unlocked.

If your device is locked, contact your carrier to unlock it before using our eSIMs.
