The correct Data Roaming setting depends on the eSIM you purchased.

Keep roaming off on your primary/home SIM if you want to avoid unintended roaming charges from your home carrier.
Data Roaming and APN are separate settings. Only legacy eSIMs with globaldata in their installation instructions should use that APN. Other products should keep APN on Automatic.
