How should I configure my roaming settings?

For most BambooSIM bundles, configure roaming settings as follows:

On iPhone, Android, and Windows, turn Data Roaming On for your BambooSIM eSIM.
Keep roaming Off on your primary SIM/eSIM to avoid unintended charges from your home carrier.
If you are using Android or Windows and data is still not working, confirm APN settings use Name: globaldata and APN: globaldata, then make sure that APN is selected from the list.

Important exception

These Data Roaming and APN steps do not apply to Japan or Vietnam Single Use or Unlimited bundles. For those bundles, follow the bundle-specific instructions included with your order.
