Here are some general troubleshooting steps for BambooSIM eSIMs across devices.
Windows
- No Connection: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Cellular > Advanced options and confirm the selected APN profile uses Name: globaldata and APN: globaldata.
- APN Not Listed: Add a new APN profile with Name: globaldata and APN: globaldata, save it, and select it from the APN list.
- Roaming Check: Make sure Data Roaming is turned on for your BambooSIM eSIM profile.
Important: These APN and Data Roaming steps do not apply to Japan or Vietnam Single Use or Unlimited bundles.
