How do I install an eSIM?

Once you've purchased an eSIM from us, we'll send you a confirmation email with an activation QR code attached. You can either scan this QR code with your phone's camera, or head to the Settings app on your device and add the eSIM using the Activation Code and SM-DP+ Address provided in the email.

Can I transfer my eSIM between devices?

An installed eSIM can't normally be transferred directly. Some eligible plans may offer a paid replacement, which immediately terminates the old eSIM when the replacement is created. Do not delete an eSIM while troubleshooting; contact support first if you need to change devices.

What if I run out of data?

This plan does not yet support top-ups—but it’s something we’re working on behind the scenes. Choose enough data and validity for your trip. If your allowance runs out, purchase a new plan for your destination.

City and overland travel
