What is an eSIM?

An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital version of the traditional physical SIM card. It's built directly into your device, allowing you to activate a mobile plan without needing a physical SIM card. With eSIMs, switching carriers or adding another line is easier and faster, as it all happens electronically.

How do I install an eSIM?

Once you've purchased an eSIM from us, we'll send you a confirmation email with an activation QR code attached. You can either scan this QR code with your phone's camera, or head to the Settings app on your device and add the eSIM using the Activation Code and SM-DP+ Address provided in the email.

Can I transfer my eSIM between devices?

Once installed on one device, the eSIMs themselves can't be transferred to another device - however, we do provide you with the option of purchasing a replacement for $2.00 USD. Your current data plans and expiries will carry across to a new eSIM which you can install on your other device.

What if I run out of data?

Accepted Answer

Not to worry - our eSIMs can be topped up! Log into your account, select your eSIM, click the Top Up option and select the data and validity period you're after. Upon payment, your data will be available for use instantly!
