How do I install my eSIM on a Windows device?

For Windows devices with eSIM compatibility (for example, Surface Duo):

Go to Settings.
Select Network & Internet, then Cellular.
Under SIM, select Add a SIM.
Choose Download a SIM instead.
Scan the QR code provided, or manually enter the eSIM details.
Complete setup by following the on-screen prompts.

Required Windows settings after installation

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Cellular > Advanced options (or APN settings, depending on device model).
Add a new APN profile with Name set to globaldata and APN set to globaldata.
Save the profile, then select this APN profile from the list.
Turn Data Roaming On for your BambooSIM eSIM profile.

Important: The APN and Data Roaming steps above do not apply to Japan or Vietnam Single Use or Unlimited bundles. For those bundles, follow the bundle-specific instructions included with your order.
