The correct APN depends on the exact eSIM product you purchased. Check the product name in your confirmation email or in the BambooSIM portal before changing any settings.

Keep the APN on Automatic unless the exact current product instructions provide a different value. Do not invent a manual APN or copy settings from another product.
Keep the APN automatic
If your device provides editable APN settings:
- Open your device's Mobile Network, Cellular, or Access Point Names settings.
- If the device allows the APN to be changed, select Automatic or reset the APN to its default.
- Leave the remaining fields unchanged.
Japan KDDI eSIMs normally configure themselves automatically. Only use the manual Japan Unlimited APN settings as a final troubleshooting step after the standard connection checks.
