Which APN should I be using?

For most BambooSIM bundles, your APN (Access Point Name) should be set to globaldata.

On Android and Windows devices, you may need to configure this manually.

How to check or configure APN

Go to your device's Settings.
Open Mobile Network, Cellular, or APN / Access Point Names settings.
If needed, add a new APN profile with Name set to globaldata and APN set to globaldata.
Save the profile and select globaldata from the APN list.

Important exception

These APN steps do not apply to Japan or Vietnam Single Use or Unlimited bundles. For those bundles, follow the bundle-specific instructions included with your order.
