Here are some general troubleshooting steps for BambooSIM eSIMs across devices.
Samsung
- Network Issues: In Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names, make sure the selected APN is globaldata. If needed, create an APN with Name: globaldata and APN: globaldata, then select it.
- No Data: Go to Connections > SIM card manager and confirm your eSIM is selected.
- Roaming Check: Make sure Data Roaming is turned on for your BambooSIM eSIM.
Google Pixel
- Data Not Working: Under Network & Internet > Mobile Network > Advanced > Access Point Names, make sure the selected APN is globaldata. If needed, create one with Name: globaldata and APN: globaldata, then select it.
- Activation Issues: Try re-entering your eSIM information if activation was unsuccessful.
- Roaming Check: Make sure Data Roaming is turned on for your BambooSIM eSIM.
Important: These APN and Data Roaming steps do not apply to Japan or Vietnam Single Use or Unlimited bundles.
