Here are some general troubleshooting steps for BambooSIM eSIMs across devices.
iPhone
- No Data: Go to Settings > Cellular and confirm your BambooSIM eSIM is active.
- Roaming Check: Open your BambooSIM eSIM settings and make sure Data Roaming is turned on.
- Still Not Connecting: Restart your iPhone and try again.
Important: The Data Roaming step above does not apply to Japan or Vietnam Single Use or Unlimited bundles.
